A delicious tasting of hot cottage cheese, many other kinds of cheese and typical products within a cheese factory located in the Ragusa countryside. You yourselves will be allowed to take part in the ricotta cheese making process in order to learn about its production stages and visit the stables along with the cheese maturing chamber. Furthermore, you’ll get your hands on many different local products and taste cheese along with various kinds of cold meats and salami. An experience of the past, to get a feeling of the most authentic Sicilian atmosphere!
