A tour of an oil mill processing area where you'll learn about the indispensable oil processing stages through which extra virgin olive oil turns into oil.

Between October and November, you will be given the chance to take a look at the machinery in operation and witness the oil-making process with your own eyes.
Local bread filled with oil and PDO Hyblaean "Erbesso" oil. Guided by an expert sommelier, you must have the honor of an award-winning kind of oil, recognized both nationally and worldwide.

Lemon oil, flavored oil, basil-flavored oil, garlic-flavored oil and so forth.
Tasting of local products accompanied by bread. Cherry tomatoes, many kinds of cheese, smashed peasant olives, aubergine "caponata", capers, anchovies, various kinds of marmalade and much more.
