You have three options:
1) Tasting of 3 different kinds of house wine accompanied by sun-dried tomatoes and homemade bread.
2) Tasting of 4 different kinds of house wine accompanied by “arancini” – (fried, stuffed rise balls), various types of “ scacce” – (flat, rolled, stuffed bread), PDO cheese from Ragusa, olives, sun-dried tomatoes and homemade bread.
3) Tasting of 5 different kinds of house wine accompanied by the traditional local lunch that includes a starter, a main course consisting of traditional pasta, a Sicilian vegetable dish, seasonal fruit, water, dessert and coffee.
All three solutions include the wine cellar guided tour.
