- Olfactory experience: sensory itinerary within the farm company that in recent years boasts more than 200 species of aromatic plants; the olfactory itinerary will take place going through dozens of ornamental plants, herbs and spices chosen to spice and give more taste to dishes.
- Lunch/Dinner menu that includes: sage in batter, focaccia, Cucciddati (biscuits with figs, dried fruit and chocolate stuffing), pate, baked ricotta with jams, Ragusa salad, black olives, dessert, water, local red or white wine.
