A holiday in Sicily is a myriad of unforgettable experiences all together, one of which is our cooking class in Trapani. A concentration of different emotions and flavours will lead you to discover the culinary traditions thanks to which Trapanese cuisine has earned its place as one of the most appreciated cuisines in the Mediterranean. During the cooking class, a professional chef shall teach you all the tricks of the trade, so that you may learn how to make the best Sicilian dishes, such as couscous. The lunch that you make shall be served at the table in an exceptional location: a nobility’s building of the 1900s situated in the historic centre of Trapani.

- Welcoming drink
- Main course consisting of busiate with Trapanese pesto followed by small-sized cassatas made with fresh dough
- Lunch consisting of your self-made dishes accompanied by Sicilian wine
At the end of the class, all learners shall receive their cooking class certificates.
