Discover the secrets of fishing tourism and the most effective fishing techniques, through some hands-on experience, to catch bluefish (anchovies, sardines and mackerels). Find out more about the fish-packing process and enjoy a delicious Sicilian-cuisine-based dinner. Itinerary schedule:
-Boarding and welcoming
- Departure from the port in order to reach the fishing zone
-Buffet dinner consisting of traditional Sicilian dishes such as pizzas, small-sized pizzas and fried rice rissoles, accompanied by fruit and soft drinks.
- Fishing experience by a night fishing lamp to observe the most effective fishing techniques and the fish-packing process.
-Return to the port
- We also provide berths where you can rest, toilets and equipment.
*Our return to the port may be delayed in case our personnel on the fishing boat should fail to have a good catch at the first attempt. We suggest that people who suffer from seasickness furnish themselves with Xemomima, Travelgum, Ginger, etc; we cannot afford to go back in case of an emergency. Departure is scheduled for about 7:00 p.m. and return for about 1:30 a.m.
