A cooking class inside the kitchen of the Pietre di Gelo rural farmhouse with typical recipes of Sicilian cuisine using seasonal products.
The dishes to prepare will be decided the day before together with the participants based on the availability of the ingredients.
The menu will offer: a first of fresh pasta, a second and a side dish.
The lesson will be followed by lunch or dinner.

In case of cancellation, notify at least two days in advance; Payment is made at the end of the meal (in case of an overnight stay, the payment can be done when you end your stay).
The cost of the meal included in the cooking lesson is euro 25 if the participant of the cooking class is a guest of the facility in half or full board.
We recommend a comfortable clothing with shoes suitable for long standing; Apron and headgear are provided by the structure.
