For gourmands only, we are proud to present a Sicilian-cuisine cooking class thanks to which you will discover the secret ingredients that make Sicilian cuisine the best in the world. First, you will do the shopping yourself assisted by a professional chef at the Catania open-air fish market and then you will try to cook and get to work in the kitchen. Furthermore, to round it all off perfectly, you will get to taste all your self-made dishes at the end of the class. Surely, you will have an unforgettable, worth-telling experience made in Sicily!

You will learn the recipes listed below:
- Starters: Caponata, fried rice rissoles, small pizzas, many kinds of fried stuffed flatbread
- First Courses: sardine pasta, Sicilian lasagne, pasta alla norma –(pasta with tomato sauce, aubergines and cottage cheese), cavatelli with Sicilian pesto, couscous, ravioli and gnocchi.
- Main courses: Sarde alla beccafico –(Sicilian stuffed sardines), Sicilian rolls, fish rissoles, escallops with mushrooms and Marsala wine, sweet-and-sour chicken.
- Desserts: Cannoli, small-sized cottage cheese cassatas, lemon sorbet, almond sorbet or watermelon sorbet, fresh fruit pie and Sicilian tiramisu.
