In Sicily, cooking is an art that involves fantasy and imagination, although you need to know the secrets and products that make Sicilian cuisine the best in the world. Tury proposes a cooking demo, close to the Valle dei Templi in Agrigento, so that you may witness the live preparation of the “torrone”, a Sicilian, crunchy almond nougat made out of 0-km biological ingredients! Afterwards, there’ll be a hearty tasting session accompanied by Sicilian, local wine.
