Join us and go on a tour along the countryside of Agrigento to attend a cooking course with lunch included. It’s a 0-km experience that will allow you to cook with a professional Sicilian chef by using ingredients that you yourself will fetch from the vegetable garden. Subsequently, you’ll have a hearty lunch thanks to which you’ll taste your self-made dishes. The itinerary includes a visit to the agricultural holding in order to get to know the animals of the holiday farm.

- Arrival at the farm, walk along olive groves and vineyards, close to farmyard animals.
-Move to the garden in order to fetch vegetables.
- Making of a traditional local recipe accompanied by two local kinds of wine (during the cooking class, each participant will get and wear a personal kitchen apron to take home after the class).
*The menu varies according to the specific season of the class.
- Lunch, scheduled for 1:30 p.m., consists of vegetable-based courses made up of biological ingredients fetched in the vegetable garden and cooked over the course of the morning.
- The lunch banquet shall conclude with a typical traditional dessert accompanied by a good home-made limoncello.
