A worth living relational tourism experience in the heart of Monti Sicani, in Sant’Angelo Muxaro. Accompanied by a local tour guide, you’ll find out about its history, traditions and local products by meeting local residents.

The itinerary includes:
• A guided tour of the cheese factory in which cheese is still made in the old-fashioned way in its “raw” state, and local cheese tasting.
• A guided tour of the old bakery in which bread is still made in the old-fashioned way, tasting of biscuits and typical Sicilian stuffed bread called “pane cunzato”.
• Meeting a local artisan who will show you his work.
• A tour of the Tomb of the Prince, the most renowned Grottoes, the Ciàuli Cave Natural Reserve and the 110 rocky tombs, discovered in 2007.
• Buffet Lunch in the courtyard, made for you by local families.
