The food and wine experience includes the visit of the winery and a walk through the vineyard with an explanation of the methods used for the production of the wine Etna Doc.
The aperitif based on typical Etnean products offers a mix of black olives, sausage, sicilian provola and ricotta cheese, “gelo” (typical Sicilian iced dessert), bruschetta with pate, toasted bread with extra virgin olive oil and three different kind of wine.
